The NSA, FISA Courts, & the Patriot Act anyone?
It has nothing to do with sex, but it might actually have something to do with witch-hunts… Only; I’m not talking about a Democratic Party witch-hunt to smear a Republican-nominated SCOTUS hopeful – but rather, the witch-hunts perpetrated against the American people and our inalienable and constitutional rights by a bi-partisan authoritarian government – at the behest of goosestepping boot-lickers like Brett Kavanaugh.
You can read senior staff attorney in the Center for Democracy at the American Civil Liberties Union and professor of law at Seton Hall Law School, Jonathan Hafetz’s analysis here:

I would also highly recommend watching this video in which Judge Andrew Napolitano reveals SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh for the anti-freedom architect of despotism that he is:
(The full lecture from which the previous video clip is taken is also WORTH THE WATCH):
As bi-partisan dystopian policies continue to flourish and plague American freedom since the 9/11 terrorist attacks of 17 years ago, there seems to be no respite for a free country to be relieved from the authoritarian onslaught. In a ridiculous demonstration of political theater, long-time post-9/11 police state/security state advocate, South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, continued to divert attention from what should be the real threat Brett Kavanaugh’s SCOTUS appointment would actually pose. Sen. Graham chose rather to endeavor to siphon conservatives’ attention to a circus side-show about sexual misconduct allegations, as opposed to substantive policy and meaningful discourse.
“And when they say, ‘I want my lawyer;’ you tell them, ‘shut up – you don’t get a lawyer.'”
– South Carolina (R) U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, U.S. Senate floor
Obviously, Lindsey Graham has been around long enough as a career politician to know that sex sells and that the subject matter of a sexual nature is a great way to distract observers from the real threat that is Brett Kavanaugh’s sordid history raping the Bill of Rights. It should come as no surprise; as Lindsey Graham has been one of Lady Liberty’s most enthusiastic rapists as well. No need for conjecture here, as both Graham and Kavanaugh are surely happy for whatever political cover they can get while they continue to pillage and burn the freedoms of the American people and beyond.
If you want to educate yourself about the ‘issues’ that effect Americans and our government and freedoms; I would suggest you tune out of the political theater currently going on around the Kavanaugh hearings in the congress, and rather go read something relevant and useful – like the crimes of the U.S. government that were revealed by patriotic hero and former NSA employee, Edward Snowden; there’s some real revelation for you.

Thank you, that is a very interesting angle I had not considered. So easy to lose the signal in the noise.

That’s not how it looked from the bleachers. From here, it was the Democrats (in collusion with the MSM) who trotted out the tabloid stories about drunken high school gropings, the masterminding of gang-rape gangs, shameless collegiate willy-wagging, and the reckless throwing of ice — someone could lose an eye!!!
Kavanaugh’s stance on the 4th Amendment is troubling. It might, at one time, have been a compelling argument against confirming him. Too bad that wasn’t the argument the Dems used. Instead they went for the lurid clickbait surest to get half of us howling for Kavanaugh’s blood. “Due process be damned, #metoo!”
Whatever damage Kavanaugh may do from the SCOTUS bench, it’s now the lesser evil. We may stagger but we’ll live. Allowing our elected representatives to abandon the presumption of innocence — allowing outrage-mongering media to indelibly stain someone’s life simply by leading a mob to chant j’accuse! — would be a mortal wound.
